PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• Children under 16 require active adult supervision. Children aged 5 or 6 MUST be booked with a participating adult (1 adult per 2 children).
• We operate in most weather conditions. Please review our Cancellation Policy before booking.
• University Student IDs & discount vouchers, such as Entertainment Book and Auckland A-Z must be redeemed during check-in. DO NOT enter these codes during booking or they will become invalid.
• Gift certificates MUST be entered at the payment section. DO NOT apply them under “Apply Promo or Voucher".
